::Urban Land Army::

This is my new friend Sandy Pederson. She hails from Saskatchewan Canada and grew up helping on her parents 100 acre Wheat farm. She runs a cool little organization called Urban Land Army She's been on a mission for a couple years salvaging buckets and any other vessel that will hold dirt and water, that is destined for the landfill and turning them into container gardens and showing folks how easy and awesome it is to grow your own food, even if you're in the city with a small plot of ground or in an apartment. Sandy also is a garden and landscaping consultant. She's putting together and simple instructional manual for her clients and I took some photos of her for this soon to be published manual in her fantastic thriving backyard garden in White Center.
