Here I sit in Casey's sunny yet cool living room in Portland. We've been making homemade popsicles, and roasted beets with sauteed yellow squash and Quinoa for dinner after a visit to the Portland Thursday Market.. This is for sure my favorite time of the year.
Yesterday my good friend Kevin 'Big Handsome' Farrel took some time out of his busy schedule running Unicorn Booty to indulge me as a model for a little idea I cooked up while I was falling asleep one night.
